Cade's Blog Entry

My Dad has super powers like the power of tickling and flying. He also has heat vistion and out rage.

Look how big this is do you think medusa was here yikes and dubble yikes! We got to get out of here man!

You never know what you'll find around the Holdstock household.
It could be a Shark...
It could be a Tiger...
Or it could be a Pirate.

The Group of Justice

The boys put together some creatures from a kit that Grandma Janet sent. They decided to call them the "Group of Justice". I'm not sure if they have any superpowers other than the power to make you laugh.

Big boys

I can't believe that Davis is now going to be in first grade and Cade is going to the second. It is just not fair that they grow up so fast! Here is paicture of Cade and Davis with Mrs. Wood - they both had her for kindergarten.

The last day of school we had the end of the year parties. The boys each had ice cream and played. There was a flag ceremony from 3:15pm until the "official" end of school but the boys and I headed for home a little early. Here are so pictures from the festivities.

Now that's talent!!

Cade has always been a very shy and timid child and I have often worried about him being too shy (that is not something I can understand). Jeremy has always told me that he was very much like Cade as a child and at times can still be. I have to tell you I was shocked when I heard Cade and his two friends wanted to be in the talent show. When I asked Cade about it, he said he thought his friends were just kidding about it but he would do it if he had to. He decided to do it and they did a great job. Of course they chose to sing the Ben 10 theme song since they are all huge Ben 10 fans. Here is a clip of the act. Trenton (the boy on the left) was all into the dancing part but didn't sing that loud. Cade (on the right) and Elliott (in the middle) are the ones you hear singing the loudest but were too shocked to dance! Still they did a great job and we are very proud of them!
